Rapper and THOPFest festival visionary 60 East recently dropped his latest  monthly release entitled “T.C.B. (Taking Care of Business) which was produced by Norwalk, Connecticut’s No Mass. On the track “60 East gets into his introspective/reminiscent bag” over a mellow and soulful track in superb storytelling fashion. “Came a long way from the Greyhound/We was making bucks on the mega bus with the merchandise/Doin’ overnight states over shows, under priced/That’s the underground/Back to work the next morning/Lunch break showing co-workers videos of performin’/Now they stormin’ to the venue when we rockin it/Coulda did what they did/But I went and did the opposite…”.  Lyrically, the track also comes from a place of an artist that has paid dues and has established himself as a staple in the hip hop culture – that IS 60 East. You can listen to the track below and also get the latest updates on 60 East’s THOPFest festival here which goes down on October 2nd in Ontario, CA. This year’s festival will feature artists such as Evidence, Roc Marciano, Dizzy Wright and many more. Y’all enjoy!
